At Sunplace, we understand that you might have a few questions about coming in to see us in order to take that step toward becoming a successful homeowner and investor. Here are some of our common FAQs answered for you to put your mind at ease and make booking your first consultation an incredibly positive experience.

On your first complimentary consultation there is absolutely nothing you need to bring with you, apart from your own self and any other parties interested in investing in property. You can expect a warm welcome from the team and to feel comfortable and at home in our office. 

We are in the office during normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm) but we welcome you to book with us “after hours”. This includes weekends, so if you find yourself too busy during the week to get started on your property-related goals, we can most certainly accommodate what is most convenient for you.

Our office is situated in a very handy location at 12/621 Coronation Drive, Toowong QLD 4066. We are close to public transportation (Toowong Train Station and High St at Toowong Village, Bus stop 23). You may also choose to park at Toowong Village Shopping Centre (free 2 hour parking). Or call our office to make a parking request (at least one hour prior to your consultation) and we will book a parking spot for you on-site.
